BRANDON SPICKLER                                                                              

Director of Strength and Conditioning

Brandon Spickler joined the Golden Bears in March 2015, as the Director of Strength and Conditioning, after spending three and half years at Miami University as the Assistant Director of Strength Conditioning. While at Miami, he oversaw the yearly strength and conditioning programs for six Olympic sports, while assisting with football. Prior to his time at Miami, he was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for two years at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan serving in the same capacity. During his time as a graduate student at Kent State University, he spent a year as a graduate assistant for Kent State Strength and Conditioning working with all Olympic sports and football. 

 

He holds certifications from both the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. He is also a member of the National High School Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in nutrition from Kent State University. He is a native of Boardman, Ohio. Brandon resides in Hilliard with his wife Natalie and their two sons CJ and Vance.

Kasey White                                                                                             

Strength and Conditioning 

Kasey White joined the Golden Bears in November of 2017 as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach through OSU Sports Medicine. Prior to her time with the Golden Bears, she was a Student Intern with OSU Sports Performance while completing her Master’s of Sports Coaching degree at The Ohio State University. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kasey has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Otterbein University where she played volleyball for four years. She has also coached volleyball for 5 years at both the high school and club levels. She is a native of Little Hocking, Ohio and now resides in Hilliard.
