Fred “Curly” Morrison

Fred "Curly" Morrison graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 1945.  Curly was a leading scorer for the Upper Arlington High School football team. He went on to play for The Ohio State University from 1947 to 1949. In his final year, he led Ohio State to a victory over Michigan and an invitation to the Rose Bowl, where he ran for 119 yards and was named MVP. After graduation, he was drafted by the Chicago Bears. He played for the Bears through 1953 and for the Cleveland Browns from 1954 to 1956. His NFL career encompassed 84 games, with a total of 2,420 yards rushing, 578 carries and 14 career touchdowns.

Bob Jencks

Bob Jencks is a 1958 graduate of Upper Arlington High School and played on the Golden Bears football team from 1956 to 1958. 

Bob played collegiate football at Miami University (Ohio). While with the Redhawks, Jencks earned all-Mid-American Conference honors three-times. He was selected by the Bears during the 2nd round of the 1963 NFL Draft for three seasons (1963 to 1965), he played at the tight end and place-kicker positions in the National Football League with the Chicago Bears and Washington Redskins, and appeared in 42 career regular season games. During his rookie season, he was a member of the 1963 NFL Champion Bears' squad which defeated the New York Giants in the title game 14 to 10, as Jencks contributed 2 extra points in the contest.  He was inducted into the Miami University (Ohio) Athletic Hall of Fame in 1977. 

Simon Fraser

Simon Fraser is a 2001 graduate of Upper Arlington High School and played on the Golden Bears football team from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, the Golden Bears won the State Championship for the fourth time.

From 2001 to 2004, Simon played for the Ohio State Buckeyes. He was a three-time OSU Scholar Athlete and two-time Academic All-Big Ten conference honoree. He also was a senior co-caption. 

From 2005 to 2007, Simon was a defensive lineman for the Cleveland Browns where he had six starts in 48 games. 

During the 2008 season, Simon played defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons. 

In 2010, Simon appeared in the Honorable Mention category of the All-Time All-Ohio High School Football Team. 

Blake Annen

Blake Annen is a 2009 graduate of Upper Arlington High School and played on the Golden Bears football team from 2005 to 2008.

Blake entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2014 out of Cincinnati. Collegiately, he appeared in 45 games for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats, hauling in 19 receptions for 218 yards (11.5 ypr) and two touchdowns over four seasons (2010 to 2013).
